I can’t place a trade! The popup window does not come up, or the amount of Lots are completely grayed out
Please ensure that your Account Information Window is displayed by Click Window -> Accounts (it may require unchecking and rechecking). If this window is displayed, and the issue is still occurring, please verify that you have an account listed and highlighted. The account must be highlighted as part of a security measure to indicate which account will be used for a trade.
