Question: When I try and view my IT-Finance Charts within the platform, it closes everything!

Answer: This is an issue with the latest version of Java (J2SE Version 6 Update 1 as of this writing). Please Uninstall the version of Java you have and install Java 5.0 Update 11. You can find this at:

• Click Download JRE
• Click Accept License Agreement
• Click Windows Online Installation
• Click Run (If you are using Internet Explorer)
• Install the Java software.

Once this is done, please re-open the platform and attempt to view the IT-Finance charts. Give it a few moments to initialize before clicking on any of the buttons.

Question: When I try and view my IT-Finance charts within the JAVA based platform, I don’t see any of the buttons to click on!

Answer: There is currently a display bug in the JAVA version of the platform. Please attempt to use the Windows based version, or contact techsupport@cbfx.com.

Question: When I try and view my IT-Finance charts within the platform, no chart opens up and when I click the buttons nothing happens!

Answer: Please download and install Java 2 SE Runtime Environment 5 Update 11.
